SubscribeWe had just enough snow last weekend to get excited. AND take Jace for his first sledding trip!
I am sorry to say he was more excited about the dogs that he saw prancing in the snow and the hot chocolate he got after the adventure, than he was for the sledding.
It’s been a busy past few weeks with our new little *GIRL*!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the new year and we will be back up and running with new photos and fun things to share, shortly.
The lighting from this session is awesome….There are several different types of light that we got during the time together but, given that it was a morning shoot I was really worried about the shadows and glares that we were going to get, but I just love how these turned out. Given that we had to reschedule the shoot a few times, I am so glad we ended up getting such a good day!

I love recurring clients because it is like I get to grow with them! It is so much fun to meet up with them again and see how they have changed and be a part of their growing up and development.
These two just keep getting more and more beautiful. As you may know, I have a thing for blond hair and blue eyes (maybe because I am the complete opposite), these twins completely indulge me in that department! Look at them!

I was lucky enough to spend some time with this cutie boy and his beautiful Mama last weekend. He was one of the sweetest most well behaved babies I have ever been around. I just love the photos I got of them together – doesn’t the connection btwn Mama and baby make you smile – I think sometimes these are the photos that make me feel everything in the world is alright……
SO much fun playing in the grass. Like discovering a whole new world!

The end of summer……….
The end of a long weekend………..hard to part with both…….
but I do love the Fall….it is my favorite season of all….so I look forward to what is to come.

We went to the county fair a few weeks ago. The boys had a blast seeing all the animals they read about in their books live and in person. We we able to pet the goats, the lambs, the cows….the pigs were a little yucky – - so we didnt pet them. We had some ice cream – -got all sticky. We were hot and sweaty – - it was the perfect summer day.
All the photos that I liked from the day had something in common…..very unusual for me considering my favorite part of a photo is the eyes – - But I felt pulled to each of these photos – - I found some incredible beauty here……
